Rockestra
I started playing guitar at the age of eight. Coming from a family full of musicians it was hard not to. My dad is a very good guitar and piano player as well as my uncle and older brother. At the age of nine I started taking classical guitar lessons. To this day I am still very fond of it and ever on the quest to learn more.
Around the age of fourteen I started playing in local bands in San Antonio, TX and had an acoustic duo with my older brother. Later, after graduating from UGA I spent some time on the road touring with my own group, Gypsies Roses, until I settled here in Florida.
My major influences are Classical (Sor, Carcassi, Carulli), Blues ( SRV, Robert Johnson, etc.), Folk (Cat Stevens, Croce, Taylor) and Classic Rock (Page, Blackmore, Clapton).
